ERSE gathers high-end professionals in the fields of Biology and Natural Science: naturalists, marine biologists, fauna and flora technicians, experts about wetlands (lacustrine, fluvial and transitional), as well as environmental guides specialized in environmental education and interpretation.

Cofounder and CEO; marine biologist. Role: coordinator of the activities; overseer of quality standards and research methods; responsible for technical reports and customer relations. Operates as a certified Environmental Guide.
Cofounder and v-CEO; natural scientist. Expert in conservation issues and management of natural resources; in charge of European project management and related technical-administrative activities, call for tenders and business development.
Cofounder and Member of the Board of Directors, biologist. Senior environmental expert for botanical assessment and habitat characterization; security manager, in charge of material & methods updating and checking of laboratory apparatuses.
Member. Biologist, Environmental Hiking Guide. He has extensive experience in monitoring terrestrial fauna (particularly birds, mammals, and bats). He is a member and active contributor to the Tuscan Ornithological Center. At ERSE, he contributes to the execution of fauna monitoring and the preparation of related technical reports.
Member. Biologist, expert in botany and plant systematics. He has extensive experience as a wildlife technician (particularly in birds and herpetofauna) and vegetation specialist. He is a member and active contributor to the Tuscan Ornithological Center. At ERSE, he contributes to vegetation and freshwater monitoring and the preparation of related technical reports.
